With the VapeShell, Atmizone has tried to offer a high-standard RBA bridge for the Billet, satisfying a wide range of vaping profiles. From loose lung hit to MTL, it will suit your vaping habits, with the air flow pins and air flow control ring included out of the box. The optional purchase of MTL Air Flow Pins Kit allows a true MTL experience, extra precise and with no need of AFC Ring adjustment. The device fits in with Atmizoo family of products, utilising high quality materials, abiding with international product regulations and paying attention to details as diligently as possible.

This RBA takes advantage of many familiar elements of basic atomizer design, incorporated in an unfamiliar shape and form. Just think of it though: On second thought, a box fits better inside a box!

Features

The VapeShell gets the most out of Billet Box’s unique tank shape, taking advantage of the form of its host.

Unlike other approaches, the deck and chamber are developed horizontally rather than vertically, since the VapeShell’s main body is shaped as a rectangular box. This allows a surprisingly large deck, able to host many different approaches of one-coil rebuilding, still retaining high tank capacity.

With four Air Flow Pin choices to reduce air flow, an AFC ring and its special design, the VapeShell is suitable for a wide range of vaping profiles, from MTL to DTL.

What’s more? An auxilary 510 base for testing, rebuilding, dry-burning or other purposes.

    I’ve tried small fused Claptons in kanthal, 316l, and Ni80, all worked. But I’ve found the best build is just to keep it simple with a round wire (26g for me) with enough spaced turns at 2.5mm to get you around 0.7 ohms; great flavor and a perfect hit with the 3.5 air insert.

    My only complaint: The 3.0 insert doesn’t physically fit in my kit. It’s a hair tight. I could force it, but then it will probably never come out. So there’s that. 5 stars for flavor and fast shipping. Cheers.

      Many thanks for your kind words and for taking the time to send this input!
      Please note one small but important detail about the air flow inserts of the VapeShell:
      The MTL Air Flow Pins have an obvious way of collaborating with their hosting Positive Tube hole. Having an o-ring around their neck, it is easy to insert or remove/replace them.

      The Classic Air Flow Pins now (the ones that come with the VapeShell out of the box) have a completely different installation procedure. By design they did not allow an o-ring around them, so collaboration with the Positive Tube hole is ensured via friction and / or affinity forces.
      After 1st VapeShell batch, we have ensured that the friction between the pins and the Pos Post / Pos Tube is even more intense, to avoid any slightest chance of random disassembly while carrying your Billet with you.
      There are two ways to install the classic AF Pins:
      1. Apply some e-liquid around their neck (acts as a lubricant) and then insert them into place all the way down, until flush. This might require some extra force of your fingers or using a small flat-head kind of tool, e.g. a pen.

    I bought 2 of these for my bb and a few weeks later I bought another one. I love the Vapeshell rba. Once I got the wicking right (second build) it vapes and wicks like a champ. I own a Lot of other rba for the boro tanks and vapeshell is my favorite.I have been using these for over six months and still have not found a better rba for boro tanks. And shipping was SUPER fast to USA.

    Actually I never leave reviews, but after trying this & seeing how it performs, even compared to some higher price RBA’s, this is amazing! I was pleasantly surprised by versatility for both RL and MTL vaping, an excellent RBA for the Boro Tank. Love it

    This is my first rebuildable bridge ever since
    I had my BB. Been using it for roughly 3 days now, gotta say I’m so amazed with it!!
    I do both rdl and mtl, I found the Shell shines on vape quality and flavor on mtl for me.
    I used every afc pin, sat on 1.2 that was just the perfect draw I’m looking for👌🏼
    The flavor is great and beat most of my rtas that I have.
    Since I’m so impressed with the Shell, I thought why not have me another one for rdl. I looked no further but back to Atmizoo and just placed an order for the Snail since it comes with a tank already.
    The service and the fast shipping alone is enough for me to mark Atmizoo as my favorite site and add it to my home screen 👍🏼

    If you have ordered a Billet Box and you are thinking to yourself “damn i need a bridge fast because i do not want my billet to get here and not have a bridge” grab this. They must have some one standing by the bloody post box waiting to drop it in there because without a joke i ordered this at work hopped in my car drove home and it was already in the post box on its way to Australia.

    Then i stuffed up my email and they sent me a new invoice with an amazingly professional response. I have vaped on this with a customers shell and i fell in love so much that i dropped 650 Australian Dollarydoos on it.

    I find it amazing out of all the customers bridges i tried the best legit one was by a company that made one of the most affordable and professional teams with the best vape out of the lot. God, atmazoo you cannot do this to me you cannot be a high end company which is this amazing you are going to ruin my expectations of high end = awful service. If you are considering this device even 2 years after it was released thinking “maybe it is too old” nah this is top noch. I work in the industry just bite the bullet and go ahead and order one.

      Actually what you said is not far from being real, we do our best to process every order coming in so as to be dispatch even same day with ordering. So if our working hours coincide with ordering time, there we have it: a really fast dispatch.
      On a side note, high end def does not mean awful service in our perception. At least our own policies include availability of spare parts for at least two years after a project seizes to be produced, plus responses to customers’ messages and inquiries as soon as possible.
      Our conscience is clear, we are doing our best on behalf of the High End industry :))

    I’ll just start by saying that I’ve had just about every high end flavor focused atty under the sun. This blows them all away. This thing is super easy to build on and the first build was spot on. I’ve had no leaks whatsoever and it wicks like a champ. Every detail of the Vapeshell is perfectly thought out and executed. I’m running the 1.5 mtl insert and it’s a nice tight restricted dtl draw that I can also mtl. Again, the flavor is absolutely insane. I was looking at grabbing an insider, exocet and in’ax prior to this purchase and I have no desire to get anything else at this point. Honestly, the BB and the Vapeshell feel like the vaping end game. I can’t imagine it getting any better than this.
