High performance switch assembly for all versions of the Lab and Guppy.
The HP Switch Assembly is manufactured using PEEK insulators and is suitable for use up to 250C. Compared to the standard version, this durable, heat-resistant switch is suitable for switching higher power with lower maintenance requirements.
The HP switch assembly includes the following components:
- A liquid-sealed Internal Switch Housing (HP edition) with a 14×1.0mm o-ring.
- A moving Axle (HP edition) with a 4mm Spring.
- A silver-plated Contact Rod.
- A 2mm Ball-Bearing and 2mm diameter Spring.
- A hexagonal Battery-side Contact, silver-plated.
- A hexagonal, liquid-sealed Atomizer-side Contact, silver-plated with 10×1.5mm o-ring.
- An adjustable-height 304 SS Pole Screw.
- A liquid-sealed Pole Insulation Cap with 7×1.0mm o-ring.
- A Button Washer.
The delrin Button Washer is optionally mounted around the button and can be safely removed if you prefer the look of the device without it.
Guppy switches are supplied with a small Button Washer, while Lab switches come with a larger Washer. All other components of the Lab / Guppy Switch Assembly versions are identical.
Important Notice #1
Due to its high temperature tolerance, the HP switch assembly will keep operating even under extreme conditions. Therefore, it is only recommended for use with the Lab in Fused Mode, or with secondary protection circuitry installed. Use common sense: Never leave your device unlocked in bags or pockets when using the HP switch assembly. When carrying a device with an HP switch assembly installed, it is recommended to slightly unscrew the bottom cap in order to disconnect the battery completely.
Important Notice #2
Peek shows different material tolerances from acetal (normal switch version). This means that you also need a button with slightly different specs, so that it can fit properly when pressed on the peek axle.
This is why we would like you to let us know the material and the finish of the current button on your device. The extra button will come to you at no extra costs.
PS: There is always a good chance that your current button might fit well on the HP peek switch axle, however we need to make sure that every part matches perfectly with each other. No need to risk!

had been using the HP assembly switch for my Lab mods and loving the extra kick on the vape output and love how easy it is to change the switch even for beginners
