Tripod aesthetic features / versions
The Tripod is available in the following versions:
Stainless Steel Matte (SS Matte)
SS Matte is a light-brushed matte / satin finish, close to the natural appearance of CNC processed Stainless Steel.
Stainless Steel Ice Matte (SS Ice Matte)
SS Ice Matte is a medium blasted finish with special SS beams, darker (more dull) and more greyish compared to SS matte. The SS Ice Matte is a dynamic finish. It is not always the same and it gets darker over time. Also more prone to scratches compared to SS Matte.
Stainless Steel DLC Carbon Black (SS Carbon Black)
SS Carbon Black is a DLC treated dark shade of black, typical of carbon (coal) and closer to darker black shades. We have enhanced the dark matte result with the application of sandblasting on all outer surfaces prior to the DLC treatment. Treated are the AFC Ring, the Chimney, the Seal and the Top Cap.
Please note:
Due to the nature of Diamond-Like Carbon treatment, it is expected to find small marks and iridescence effect on certain points of the treated parts’ inner surfaces. Steps of the procedure ensure that outer surfaces of the device have uniform looks and finish, but inner surfaces can’t be processed equally effectively.
As an attribute of DLC treatment, slight tonic differences are expected in the same color between batches. Differences are not visible with bare eyes. For this, we keep stock of parts from different batches separately, in order to make sure that replacements will come from the same batch with the device when needed.

Tripod functional features
The Deck
The deck of the Tripod is targeted for single coil setups with design details aiming to facilitate and improve rebuilding process as much as possible. Focusing on some of them, you can see high precision large pan head phillips post screws, conveniently placed rails to capture wire either between rail and screw head / body or around screw body (depending on wire D), cut – outs on outer deck rim for easier rebuilding, cut – outs on inner deck rim plus cotton wells to help proper cotton placement and juice distribution along cotton body, sufficient liquid intake slots on deck sides ( approx. 4.0mm x 2.0mm). The Tripod deck can literally host any size of single coil build, from classic small sized ones up to larger exotic coils.
The Air Flow
You may tune air flow via four pin options, each one with air hole D=1.0mm/1.2mm/ 1.5mm/1.8mm pinned inside a D=4.0mm nest. You may also regulate more “airy” flow via the AFCS Ring, adjusting from zero to D=4.0mm.
The Adjustable Chamber and Chimney
With the Tripod, we introduce the Chamber and Chimney Reducer assembly. It consists of two parts, that are sandwiching the upper part of the Chimney. When assembled, the C&C Reducer forms a vaporization chamber with lower volume (approx. 5.3mm chamber height) and a chimney with 3.0mm inner diameter, focusing on flavour oriented setups rather than vapour production. When removed, the chamber offers approx. 9.0mm coiling height and the chimney gets approx. 5.3mm inner diameter, with proper geometry to get all the clouds you want. The C&C Reducer actually offers you the potential of two different chamber and chimney geometries, thus two different single coil RTAs.
The Drip Tip
Another interesting point is the custom drip tip that comes with the device. This is a two-parts assembly as well, with its two parts sandwiching the Top Cap to ensure extra stability when removing top cap to refill. The drip tip is easily removable to let you use your own 510 drip tip.
Increased Capacity
Add to the above an upcoming extended capacity kit (3.5ml from stock 2.0ml – only available outside the EU) and you will have a good idea of Tripod’s potential for versatility.
Optimised Ergonomics
We have based on the concept of a thread-less mechanism with twist and pull / push actions in order to design and manufacture high precision parts that make vaping with an RTA so much easier. Instant access to deck can’t get any simpler and quicker. You just twist, align the small triangles that are located on the sides of chimney and deck and then pull in order to access to your deck super quickly, any time, even with a full tank. Same with refilling, as good old screw on threaded cap is no longer here. Simply align triangle on side of the top cap with the dot on the rim right below and pull up to refill through the large liquid slots. Don’t need to worry if you find it hard to spot dots and triangles: If you twist and pull gently you will definitely get it when you reach to the aligned – unlocking point of each mechanism.

I’m so happy I took the “risk” to purchase your atomizer: there’s just no place – for what I know lol – where one could try different high quality atomizers, so I watched several reviewers on youtube, among them Jai Haze who gave the Tripod a 9.9/10 and he’s damned right your product deserves the “Best RTA Ever Made, Highest Rated RTA Ever” title he was given!
I LOVE the flavours, the vapour production, the DL draw (especially without his original drip-ip, C&C reducers and pins xD) it gives me, and his THIS cute – I give High importance to my set-ups as they show up together with my (woman) face 😉
Last but not least, I took it apart from top to base to the last airflow ring: vow! The engeneering done to create this little jewel is Fantastic, Amazing. The ONE and ONLY THREADING on the Tripod tights the chimney and the seal togother, what a huge creativity stands behind there, sorry I don’t find my words to compliment you all @ Atmizoo the right way… (english’s not my motherthiongue 🙁 ).
Then I find this very much impressive that using a Tripod, any vaper can buy a box with10 different coils (or build 10 different coils herselves xD) and test them one after the other using the same juice in the tank because we don’t have to empty the tank, but in one move we can unlock the tank and access the deck, tight the next coil in, tank back in place and test the vapour of the new coil. TRULY amazing engeneering together with Perfect machining. I tried the Tripod because I have been vaping four years with my Estia on Gus mech mods and made recently some tests of RDAs: I wanted the same kind of DL draw and vapour production you have with them but with more precision in flavours and your Tripod suits me the very best, now and for long imo!

Truly excellent RTA. I have not used an RTA for nearly a year, and this has managed to drag me away from my RDA’s. The machining quality is excellent and everything fits absolutely perfectly with no leaking whatsoever. The only incident I had, which was completely my fault, was I forgot to close the juice intake when filling and got some liquid through the air intake, then I read the instructions which said to close it when filling, the lesson here always read the instruction!
The flavour is truly awesome, I am a RDL vaper and this is perfect with the 3.4 ml extension kit.
I am using the coil rod guide to place my coils and using a 2×28/38 N80 coil at 2.5mm with 5 wraps and vaping at 35W, truly a flavour sensation! Thankyou atmizoo for your great work!

Since I’ve had it for awhile now and have put a bunch of builds in, it’s time to say a few words about undoubtably the best, most versatile RTA in my opinion. First, about the company. Shortly after placing the order for the Tripod, I decided to get the extension kit and the MTL drip tip. So I placed a second order, mad at myself for rushing without thinking like I often do when I’m excited. I was fully prepared to pay the extra €17 in shipping costs, however I didn’t have to. Without a word from me, they combined the two orders and shipped them together, promptly refunding the shipping charges for the second order. I was impressed and continue to be impressed with their customer support, since I follow them in Facebook.
About the atomizer: I love it! Great flavor, easy to build, Tons of options to satisfy every taste and style of vaping for a very reasonable price. Love the throat hit, which is a must have for me if I’m to be satisfied. Wicks great, also very stable in TC mode. The one issue I have is with the MTL drip tip. Every once in awhile I get the straw effect with it. It only happens with the 1.0 and the 1.2 air pins. But I’m sure I’m partially to blame for that. I guess the bore is too narrow for the way I draw. That’s it, nothing else to complain about 🙂
I vacation in Greece every year, since I was born and raised in neighboring Bulgaria. Love the food, the music, the wonderful beaches and now I have one more reason to love Greece! All that’s left to say is: Ενχαριστώ πάρα πολύ!

I don’t even know where to start. I’ve had my Tripod for two days now and although I haven’t tried much yet, I already know it’s one of the best atomizers I own. The versatility and the processing are second to none, the taste is at eye level with my GT IV.
I use a four core Fine Fused Clapton with a 3mm inner diameter and it just fits fine. With 28 watts, there is a lot of steam and taste, even though the chamber reduction is not built in. One small negative point is the speed at which the tank is empty, but I ordered the tank extension at the same time and will change it over at the weekend. Additionally I feel it quite loud every now and then and depending on the setting of the airflow it whistles a little, but maybe it can be improved a little bit with the coil installation.
Again I have to thank Taz who made it possible for me to summarize my orders and to refund the shipping costs immediately and uncomplicated. That’s what I call customer service.
Now all I have to do is find a box mod that matches this sweetheart. A really big praise to Atmizoo, please keep up the good work and enrich us in the future with more good devices.

Tripod rta showed perfection in any breathing.
the only thing, What was disappointing was the capacity of the tank, but I got rid of this complaint by purchasing additional kits.
There is liquid in the injection hole when refilling the liquid, but this is not a problem. Liquid does not spill when recharging without wiping.
I could also feel scent that I couldn’t feel in other atomizer. It’s not a drawback. It was a good feeling to me.
If what I say is too praise and lies, try alternate atomizer and this tripod rta.
I am not using any other atomizer from now on.

Wow, this tripod has had to travel a long way to reach me. Was worth the wait. Here in the Philippines, some of us treasure our high-end vapes, and this broke through every expectation I had. Love the versatility the tripod offers, as I find that some juices work better as restricted DL and others as MTL. This tank just excels in both. Thank you guys for an amazing product. You can really feel the hard work that went into designing this atomizer. No complaints about their service too. Would highly recommend.

After using the Tripod now for over a month in different configurations (except DL), I have to say this is one of the most versatile atomizers I know. I just love it. Of course there are always places for improvements. The Drip Tip could have a cone shape at the bottom to reduce condensation.
The top cap is nice, but in my opinion also the part that could be improved most. But this is a small criticism of an atomizer I would buy again without thinking.

Σχετικά με την κατανάλωση, η “μηχανή” κάθε ατμοποιητή είναι το στήσιμό σου (βαμβάκι – αντίσταση που επιλέγεις) καθώς και η τροφοδοσία ρεύματος (άρα το mod). Άρα η κατανάλωση, κατά συντριπτικό μέρος, εξαρτάται από τους παραπάνω παράγοντες και δευτερευόντως, κατά πολύ μικρό ποσοστό, από το deck, το θάλαμο καύσης και λοιπά χαρακτηριστικά του ατμοποιητή 😉
