All units come with a fixed-length 18350 (#RD-T3) tube, a plain brass spring (un-plated) and 2 plain brass connectors (Classic & Recessed, both un-plated).

The Dingo (patent pending) is an all-around, fully mechanical battery tube mod with a minimal style. Designed side-by-side with the Roller, the Dingo is essentally a Roller with a fixed-length, 18350 tube.

The switch of the Dingo is exactly the same, purely mechanical, double-break design as the one found on the Roller – It has been developed in-house and integrates an innovative twist-locking mechanism that prevents accidental operation.

The device has been optimized for safety and performance. Basic short-circuit protection is provided by a custom-built spring, while special care has been taken to minimize electrical losses.

Important Note: The hot-spring used in the device is only suitable as the last safety measure, since it will collapse and interrupt the circuit only after the battery has heated up significantly. While the spring is enough to prevent any serious injuries, it is not enough to protect the battery itself during a short circuit — for that, use dedicated protection, such as the Bug.

The Dingo comes in 4 different stainless steel finishes:

  • Dingo SS-P, with a polished suface finish,
  • Dingo SS-M, with a natural matte finish,
  • Dingo SS-IM, with a natural, shot-blasted ice-matte finish, and
  • Dingo SS-Custom, which is custom-built-to-order.

The development of the Dingo started in January 2012. Its design is characterized by a timeless, minimal aesthetic form with simple, clean lines and a large, well-balanced, ergonomically-placed button.

Both the Roller and the Dingo are 100% rebuildable, high performance mechanical mods of moderate-to-high complexity. As such, they are suitable for experienced, capable vapers who:

  • possess a good understanding of the nature of mechanical mods, and
  • are able to quickly identify the particular characteristics of each device in order to get the most out of it.

Mech mods are sophisticated, enthusiast-oriented vaping tools. By nature, a mechanical mod requires:

  • Proper handling.

    This is my first mechanical mod and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to start. The size of this little beauty is astonishing, pictures truly don’t prepare you for how tiny it is. The build quality and finish are top notch, it feels heavy and incredibly sturdy in the hand despite its diminutive stature. Very highly recommended.

    Also worth mentioning is the lightening fast despatch, I placed my order on Sunday and the Dingo arrived at 10:30am on Tuesday! This is a faster turnaround than most UK vendors.

    As soon as i opened the box, which i received after just 3 days, i was impressed on the size of this little kicker. I followed the “how to”, put a freshly charged 18350 and started vaping 11watts, simply as that. After 5 minutes i noticed that inside the box there was a recessed contact ring plus a bag of spare parts so i decided to put the recessed ring, removed the oring from the centerpost and now my atties sit flush. The ice matte finish is very very good since i don’t like polished tubes.

    I give a 10 out of 10 to the dingo and atmizoo customer service too

    Heute kam mein Dingo in Köln (Germany) an. Ich war erstaunt, wie schnell Atmizoo liefert mit DHL (Das ganze dauerte mal gerade 1 Tag!!!) – Mit zitternden Fingern (vor freudiger Erwartung) machte ich die Verpackung auf und sah alles hübsch in Kartons verpackt. Einfach, aber edel…

    –> Der erste Blick ging natürlich auf dieses “Ice Matt-Finish” – Ergebnis: HERVORRAGEND.
    In der Hand sieht man nichts, keinen Unterschied im Finish aller Einzelteile, vor allem im Vergleich zum zusätzlichen Tubus für meine 18650iger Akkus).

    –> Der 2. Blick ging dann zum 510ner-Schraubanschluss. Schnell war der eingebaute, vertiefte Messinganschluss ausgetauscht und erst, als ich im Anschluss die Schraube (unter dem Messinganschluss) noch eine Drehung runtergeschraubt habe (aber Vorsicht, da ist ein Gummiring unter der Schlitz-Schraube, der nicht verletzt werden darf !) passt der Anschluss zum Kayfun 3.1 nun echt perfekt:
    Kein Spalt zwischen Dingo & Kayfun 3.1 ist zu sehen. Echt klasse !

    –> Der 3. Blick ging dann zum Minitube, den ich wegen Farbverschiebungsängsten extra in poliertem Stahl bestellt hatte: Schnell war er aufgeschaubt, der Kick drin – und:
    Ebenfalls ein voller Erfolg:
    Alles dampft wie eingestellt, keine Probleme mit Anschluss bzw. Kontakten! Ich bin mehr als zufrieden und kann meine Begeisterung hier kaum richtig ausdrücken!

    Also, alle Befürchtungen (in Punkto Farbnuancen und Kontaktproblemen) sind wie weggeblasen. Der Kontakt der relativ weichen Feder (Messing als Standard in der Endkappe) macht kein Problem. Auch ein Hin und Herschütteln des Dingo samt Kayfun-Verdampfer sagt keinen Ton: also kein Batterie-Klappern (egal ob es Batterien mit oder ohne Nippel sind), alles ist dicht, er feuert völlig problemlos mit dem tollen Ein/Aus-Knopf, der sich durch eine leichte Drehung wunderbar an und ausschalten lässt: Alles sieht einfach umwerfend edel aus und passt zum Finish vom Alpha-Kayfun 3.1, der eine ähnlich dunkle sandstrahl-metallene Färbung hat wie der Dingo SS-IM!
    Ich bin begeistert, übrigens ebenso auch vom Mailservice mit dem Team Atmizoo: Die Mails waren nett, schnell beantwortet und immer mit sehr hilfsbereiten Erklärungen bei allen meiner Bestell-Fragen.
    Das Team und das Angebot vom Team Atmizoo kann man also nur wärmstens empfehlen!

    Not much I could say about the shipping only that it was fast! I ordered this Mod last Wednesday (5/15) and received it today (5/20). This mod along with the Ithaka is the PERFECT setup. I am totally satisfied with this product. I don’t think i’ll be purchasing anymore mods for now…thanks Atimizoo for this amazing Mod.
