E-mail addresses are only used for sending confirmation e-mails with your order details and order status updates prior to delivery. Address & telephone information is required by couriers for arranging the delivery of your order.

Placing orders by phone is not possible.

All orders are subject to a handling fee of 0.50 euros minimum, plus 3% on order total. The fee is summed up to cart total and shipping before checkout. The fee is not refundable in case of product returns.
