As always, it is not a fixed time release so please keep checking from local afternoon time and on https://bit.ly/3gqq97N  – we will keep preparing pieces and replenish stock in small batches, regularly and at various times each day to ensure that people from different places and time zones will be able to get their hands on the snail.

IMPORTANT NOTE

VapeSnail batch 2 introduces the use of HTV silicon for the deck gaskets (HTV Silicon SIL50 foodgrade FDA approved). This makes them much more durable, improves their sealing capability and ensures minor shrinking / deformation during molding, so that their specs and properties are not affected.
This choice overall improves the sealing function and the feel of the deck gasket when removing / re-placing the tank on deck. Additionally, it addresses an issue with production deviations regarding some of VapeSnail 1st batch deck gaskets, due to material shrinkage.

As we do with all upgrades, VapeSnail batch 1 owners are entitled to free access to the upgraded parts here.

FYI:
HTV (High Temperature Vulcanisation) silicone elastomers are long chain elastomers with vinyl groups, filled by fumed or precipitated silica and other additives to create special properties.
Compounds cure at the high temperature (100-200°C) after mixing with catalyst.
