DotShell gets spicy!

Learn all about the new finishes and the electroplating procedure from our corresponding blog posts and the updated product page.

The colored DotShells will be first introduced to public with limited pre-release drops via our facebook group over the next couple of days.

Following the pre-release, they will be making their official debut on Tuesday 22nd December 2020, on atmizoo.com/shop and our resellers network worldwide.

There will be no fixed time release, instead we will be working in the lab and keep preparing devices. Please keep an eye on our site as stock will be replenished regularly.

Tripod RTA batch V second run will be released publicly on Tuesday September 29th 2020, via atmizoo.com and our resellers worldwide.

This second run will included both finishes, SS Matte and SS Ice Matte.

As with all our releases, it won’t be a fixed time release – as usual we will keep preparing pieces and replenish stock at various times each day to ensure that people from different places and time zones will be able to get a Tripod.

Some extra info that might be useful:

Together with upcoming Tripod batch, we expect to have available its main, very interesting accessories.

– 3.4ml extension kit

– Drip Tip Long Top, a different approach of Tripod’s bespoke drip tip top part, closer to classic MTL style

– Fixed Air Flow Tubes Kit targeted for RDL / DL vaping. Five tubes with air flow hole 2.0 / 2.2 / 2.5 / 2.8 / 3.0 mm

Atmizone will be closing for some summer happy times, rest and holiday, until Monday 24th August 2020.
All orders placed from Friday 14th, noon local time, through Monday 24th August 2020, will be processed and dispatched right on that Monday, Aug. 24th.

Some rest is really essential before we get back on duty with even more eagerness, so please accept our apologies for having you wait.

Batch IV of DotShells drops on Friday July 31st 2020, on atmizoo.com/shop

As usual we will keep preparing pieces and replenish stock at various times each day to ensure that people from different places and time zones will be able to get the DotShell. Not a fixed time release this one as always, rather than restocking in small batches from Friday and on.

Tripod RTA batch V will be released on Tuesday July 21st 2020, via atmizoo.com and our resellers network worldwide.

As we have been preparing a new batch of DotShells at the same period and try to catch up with everything, this Tripod batch is processed in two parts, first been released as above and second roughly by mid to late September 2020.
For this first part, availability of SS Ice Matte (sand blasted) devices will be extremely limited. Some issues with our sand blasting installation among others prevented us from finishing a proper quantity of Ice Matte devices. We will compensate for this 100% with second part release, our apologies for not being able to make more right now.

Bad thing is that our initial ambition for an early to mid June release has proven to be futile.
We are heading now for a mid July release, fortunately having overcome some parts delays.

Following a brand new DotShell batch right after Tripod’s release, by end of July.

Covid-19 is mainly to blame for the snail speed of Snail re-stock, but eventually here we are…

As always, it is not a fixed time release so please keep checking from local afternoon time and on https://bit.ly/3gqq97N  – we will keep preparing pieces and replenish stock in small batches, regularly and at various times each day to ensure that people from different places and time zones will be able to get their hands on the snail.

IMPORTANT NOTE

VapeSnail batch 2 introduces the use of HTV silicon for the deck gaskets (HTV Silicon SIL50 foodgrade FDA approved). This makes them much more durable, improves their sealing capability and ensures minor shrinking / deformation during molding, so that their specs and properties are not affected.
This choice overall improves the sealing function and the feel of the deck gasket when removing / re-placing the tank on deck. Additionally, it addresses an issue with production deviations regarding some of VapeSnail 1st batch deck gaskets, due to material shrinkage.

As we do with all upgrades, VapeSnail batch 1 owners are entitled to free access to the upgraded parts here.

FYI:
HTV (High Temperature Vulcanisation) silicone elastomers are long chain elastomers with vinyl groups, filled by fumed or precipitated silica and other additives to create special properties.
Compounds cure at the high temperature (100-200°C) after mixing with catalyst.

This time the restriction of one product per order is lifted.

According to our current scheduling, the next batch of the DotShell will be released between 22nd and 24th of April. MTL Pins Kit will also be available then.

The next batch of the VapeSnail will be released during May 2020, without being possible for us to have a more precise timeframe right now.

Given the difficult situation with COVID-19 around the world and the restrictive measures getting tighter daily here in Greece, our procedures are progressing with much delay and require more efforts than usual.
So our scheduling is constantly updated depending on our progress.

Over the past few days we have been trying to reorganize, relocate work points, staff and equipment, in order to make sure that we work with the best possible protection for us, our closest people and all of our customers, against the spread of COVID-19.
We are almost finished and have ensured isolated work points and shifts for all atmizone staff, plus taken all necessary protection measures.

Government has imposed a lock down in Greece since last Monday and we only go out for work, grocery or pharmacy. We keep working, with many restrictions and lower pace but doing our best!

Given the above situation and restrictions, our whole scheduling is 100% vague right now. Best thing is to stay tuned with our social media and official site news section @ atmizoo.com/news. As we progress with our procedures, scheduling gets more precise and the latest updates about the next drops of the VapeSnail and the DotShell will be posted right here 🙂
