Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to participating in the Atmizone waffle contest “Win for a good cause – 2022” (the “Contest”). By participating in the Contest, each participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the following Terms and Conditions.

The Contest

This is a waffle charity contest. You may purchase one (or more) waffle tickets to enter a draw and win one of the gifts listed below. The total amount raised from the tickets of this contest will be deposited from Atmizone to a special account of Make A Wish, supporting financially their charity actions and operations in aid of children in need.

Participation Period

The Contest is open for participation through January 8th 2022 23:59 local time.

The Winners

The winners will be picked out through a randomiser process held out live, on our facebook group, during the first half of January. The winners will be posted on atmizoo news section, as well as through atmizoo Instagram and Facebook official pages and atmizoo facebook group. Atmizone will notify the winners directly, shortly after the randomiser ends.

The Prizes

The prize is a 250 euros gift card for purchases on atmizoo.com, to use at will (one-off or with multiple purchases, no restriction on atmizoo products or parts), plus one Aer RTA out of the launch batch. There will be three winners, so three gift cards are waiting for the lucky ones.

The three winners will be picked out as per above, through a randomiser process on random.org , final winners list formed on 3rd randomiser run (1st, 2nd and 3rd place on 3rd run).

Contest Organizer

The Contest is organized by Atmizone, a partnership company registered in Greece, based at Kyprion Agoniston 36, 17456, Alimos.

Eligibility for Participation

The Contest is only open to individuals (referred to as “Participants”). A Person Participating must be of eligible vaping age at the time of entry into the Contest, based on their country legislation. A Person participating can enter the contest with one or more waffle tickets to ensure corresponding entries in the randomiser (one ticket gives one entry / slot). Waffle tickets can be purchased here. Atmizone employees and their immediate family are not permitted to enter the Contest.

Access to Contest

The Participants enter the contest by purchasing one or more waffle tickets through this link . One single ticket costs 5.00 euros (4.40 euros plus 0.60 euros PayPal fee). More than one tickets, when purchased at the same time, cost 4.40 euros each, plus a PayPal fee of 0.50 euros minimum, plus 3% on total amount of purchased tickets. For example the cost of two tickets is 4.40 x 2 = 8.80 euros plus PayPal fee 0.50 + 3% x 8.80 = 0.80 euros etc.
Each Participant can purchase unlimited number of waffle tickets.
Atmizone will deposit to the Smile of the Child bank account a final amount equal to “total number of purchased tickets by all participants” multiplied by 5.00 euros per ticket, this way covering the difference that derives from purchase of multiple tickets and the loss from PayPal fees.
In order to proceed to purchasing the waffle tickets, the Participants have to create an account on atmizoo.com with full shipping info (real name, full address, phone and email).

Personal Data

By participating in the Contest the Participants hereby consent to the terms listed herein and that the personal details provided by the Participants will be processed by Atmizone in order to administer the Contest. The Participants also agree with the General Terms and Conditions of atmizoo by Atmizone online shop.

Cost and taxes

Upon purchasing waffle ticket(s) to enter present contest, all Participants agree that the cost of tickets plus fee is non-refundable, regardless of the result of the Contest. In the case that the Contest prizes are gift cards, they can only be spent for purchases on atmizoo.com, also can be spent at will (one-off or with multiple purchases, no restriction on atmizoo products, parts and / or Handling Free and / or Shipping Costs). In the case that the Contest prizes are items, they are sent to the winners free of shipping charges. However, all winning Participants are responsible for any costs or expenses incurred as a result of winning the Contest, including but not limited to taxes, import fees or fines for non-eligible import of prizes. All taxes, fees and incurring charges whatsoever on the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners, who shall be responsible for completing any applicable forms required by a taxing authority. The Participant hereby agrees and accepts that by winning the Contest the Participant may incur taxes and other levies including but not limited to any prize tax or income tax etc. The Participant hereby unconditionally accepts to bear any such tax or other levy (customs fees, brokerage fees etc.).

Liability

Atmizone and the Participants are liable for any claims subject to the Contest under the usual Greek tort law, subject to the qualifications below. Atmizone is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, stolen prize, illegible or incomplete entries. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, caused by e.g. infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Atmizone which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Atmizone reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and/or select winners from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation. Atmizone reserves the right to correct any typo-graphical, printing, computer programming or operating errors at any time. Atmizone reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person or contestant.

Disclaimer

This giveaway is held out by Atmizone and their official vendor(s) locally as described above and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram and / or other social media or other company / organisation whatsoever. Atmizone is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Contest. Atmizone assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Atmizone is not responsible for any problems, failures or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email, players or browsers, on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any website, or on account of any combination of the foregoing. Atmizone is not responsible for any injury or damage to any Participant or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with this contest.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and the courts of Greece shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest.
