After many efforts and negotiations with DHL, our exclusive shipping partner, we have *finally* managed to exclude remote area charges from our shipments! This means that you won’t have to deal with this inconvenience any more!

For those being curious, here is how this has happened: The number of our monthly orders has grown significantly over the last few months, which gave us the opportunity to absorb the remote area costs in our invoices – actually we are paying for this ourselves, so that you don’t have to pay the surcharge as a remote area customer 🙂
